25 V-Ups

50 Kettlebell Snatches

25 Pushups

50 Kettlebell swings

50 Burpees

50 Kettlebell clean and press

50 mountain climbers

This is a tough kettlebell challenge, The Time to beat for the 300 workout is 11:16 using a 24kg Kettlebell.
