Foam Rollers
Foam rollers are used for self-myofascial release. Foam back rollers are widely used by personal trainers, their clients and home users.
Foam rollers work by using your own body weight to perform self-massage on the selected area. They are ideal for iliotibial bands, quads, hamstrings, clafs and back massage.
How to Use Foam Back Roller
Simply put your body weight on the foam roller, and adjust your position and level weight supported by the rest of your body to find the right level of pressure. Hold the foam roller on the tight point until the pain has gone down to around 50% and then roll to the next area.

Rumble rollers are trigger point foam rollers. The rough rumble design means you are able to get deeper into trigger points with the roller.
This has two advantages:
1) You are able to specifically target trigger points
2) The nodules allow you to increase the pressure and really get into a deep muscle like hamstrings and glutes which normally require a Hockey or cricket ball to get the depth and pressure required.
