Skipping Rope – Weighted Speed Rope
Skipping is under-used in SAQ training. Skipping rope training will quickly develop agility and foot speed.
Our skipping ropes are heavy weighted speed ropes. The added speed you get from a weighted speed rope means you will be less likely to trip over the rope but also you will have to work harder and faster than with a slower, traditional skipping rope.
