We have a great range of SAQ training equipment. To develop and increase your speed agility and quickness (SAQ training), you must train your agility using cones, ropes, speed ladders, hurdles and reaction balls, your power using resistance parachutes, harness resistors and resistance belts, and your foot speed and quickness using skipping ropes, speed ladders and over speed drills.
SAQ Agility Hurdles – 12″
Agility hurdles are designed specifically for SAQ agility drills. The agility hurdles come in 3 different sizes: 4” hurdles, 7” hurdles and 12” hurdles.

Skipping Rope – Extra Heavy
Skipping Rope – Weighted Speed Rope
Skipping is under-used in SAQ training. Skipping rope training will quickly develop agility and foot speed.
Our skipping ropes are heavy weighted speed ropes. The added speed you get from a weighted speed rope means you will be less likely to trip over the rope but also you will have to work harder and faster than with a slower, traditional skipping rope.

Viper SAQ Resistance Belt – Double
The Viper resistance belt can be used alone or in pairs. The belt is an elasticised band with a waist harness. You can strap the other end of the resistance belt to a stationary object and work on short acceleration drills. The added resistance will increase muscle recruitment in accelerating. These belts are specifically designed for SAQ training.

Our running parachute is designed to increase your resistance while running. By training with a running chute, through your acceleration and mid speed, you will increase your strength and power. This type of SAQ training is ideal for contact sports where you may need to break through a tackle. It is also ideal for increasing your acceleration speed.

Over Speed Training Tow Rope
Over speed training trains your muscles to function at a fast speed with less resistance. It is a widely used SAQ training drill to increase you top speed during running.
The over speed training tow rope uses a partner to aid your top speed during sprinting.
Sprint Resistance Harness
Our sprint harness resistor works by one person wearing the harness and their training partner providing the resistance. It can be used from a standing start or from jogging. The resistance is determined by the partner. This drill is a really effective and fun SAQ training drill for power and strength.
Reaction Ball – small
Reaction ball training is fun and challenging. If you are in any kind of ball sport, you should be working with a reaction ball. Reaction ball drills are also great fun and really competitive, so ideal for a warm up or cool down.
Our reaction balls come in two sizes: small and large. I recommend getting both as they both react very differently.
